Given its constant expansion and, in order place the company in an optimal position for future tasks, the company Schott AG decided to introduce a digital document management system. Another key element of this move was a focus on increasing security control across devices.

Systems had to be perfectly integrated with the existing SAP solution.
The company’s different departments needed to be able to work with the same document.
The implementation of the KYOCERA Net Manager in several of SCHOTT AG’s offices served as a central management system.
Thanks to the integrated Print & Follow function, it is now possible to increase the security of confidential documents.
Streamlined system allows documents to be automatically entered into SAP.
With the press of a button, the paper document is transferred directly to the CRM.
“We’re very satisfied with the solution. We were able to significantly reduce the time needed to scan and store documents. Additionally, documents are now available in all relevant departments. By implementing this project, you save on unneeded printing. All of which saves time, resources and money.”
