As a result of such selection and of the yearly Service Capability assessment process and inspired by the Japanese Martial Arts, a partner can acquire various certification statuses, depending on the quality and the maturity of the of services they are providing to their customers within their managed territories.
The possible levels of Service Certification are: Standard Service Partner, Yellow Belt Service Partner, Blue Belt Service Partner and Black Belt Service Partner.
These levels start with the Basic Repair and & Maintenance services for Office Printers and Multifunctional equipment, offered by our Standard Service Partners and progressively growing in complexity, capability and maturity further on with Yellow and Blue Service Certification, reaching its top with the Black Belt Service certification Status.
The Certified Service Partners are able to manage advanced Service Management processes, complex Service Systems and are operating capable Service organizations that can offer you a complete and worry free Product Life Cycle Management experience for your Office Printing, Copying and Scanning equipment. In many cases and where applicable such service are performed with the most reputable Quality Management standards and methodologies valid for our industry (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO20000, ISO 270001, ITIL ITSM Methodology, PRINCE 2 Project management methodology, etc.).
