After last year’s cancellation due to the coronavirus pandemic and, considering the ongoing situation across Europe, drupa has announced that 2021 will see the inaugural virtual edition take place between 20-23 April 2021. Kyocera, a leading organisation in the document solutions industry, will be present to highlight their offering to the industry, particularly focused on transpromotional mail and transactional markets.

Overall, virtual.drupa 2021 will dedicate each of the four days to a specific industry-related theme: Artificial Intelligence, Circular Economy, Connected Consumer, and Platform Economy, and the event will feature an array of keynote speakers and segment-specific sessions with experts from across the print technology industry. Kyocera will be running events aimed at the commercial and transactional print sectors to show what the award winning TASKalfa Pro 15000c can bring to the market.

This will include several specialists from Kyocera Document Solutions Europe who have earmarked the event as the ideal platform to exhibit the TASKalfa Pro 15000c, Kyocera’s debut inkjet production printing device which supports the organisation’s ambition of merging the best of humanity and technology together to create a brighter tomorrow. This device signals Kyocera’s strategic planning intentions for the future where the production print sector will play a fundamental role.

“Firstly, everyone here at Kyocera is absolutely delighted that drupa is back. We are very excited to be a part of this new-look edition and it is a fitting stage to showcase the capabilities of the TASKalfa Pro 15000c to the world,” says Marcel Ebbenhorst, Production Print Manager at Kyocera Document Solutions Europe.

Kyocera will be hosting two special sessions during virtual.drupa 2021, focusing on the areas of transactional printing and direct mail. Attendees will also be able to schedule and enjoy personalised one-to-one sessions to discuss the many benefits the device will bring to their business, be it in healthcare, education, finance or any other sector which prizes top-quality printed materials such as invoices, bills, flyers and brochures.

“The TASKalfa Pro 15000c marks a new chapter for Kyocera. These two sessions, together with the one-to-one meetings, will no doubt show virtual.drupa 2021 to be an invaluable platform that enables us to bring our product even closer to our target audience,” says Mr. Ebbenhorst. “I’m already counting down the days!”
