We would like to inform you that KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe Management B.V. has experienced a cyber security incident involving unauthorized access to one of our servers. The incident was discovered on April 1st, 2025, and resulted in the exposure of certain business data, including names and email addresses, invoices, and support documentation.
Upon discovery, we took immediate steps to contain the incident and prevent further unauthorized access. We are actively working with cybersecurity and forensic experts to fully assess the impact and further strengthen our security measures. We are in the process to notify affected customers and business partners.
The exposed data consists of business contact details, which may be vulnerable to attempts of impersonation and phishing or fraudulent invoices. We strongly encourage caution and close attention to any unusual or suspicious activity that may be related to this incident.
