Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands – April 1^st 2026 – Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Management B.V., one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, announces the launch of the TASKALFA MZ10500i series, introducing four high-speed A3 monochrome multifunction printers (MFPs).

These four monochrome 'Cloud-Ready' MFPs have entered the market to offer enhanced productivity, scanning, and security as well as reduced downtime and improved paper-handling capabilities. The devices provide a comprehensive solution for medium to large work groups and in organisations which demand high volumes of information to be processed with consistent, brilliant output quality on every print or valuable data to be digitised.

Powered by Kyocera’s latest toner and advanced image-processing technology, the series ensures sharper results while reducing downtime through features such as the dual toner system and optimised maintainability, which significantly increases uptime while reducing the time service representatives need to spend at the device.

• TASKalfa MZ8500i
• TASKalfa MZ9500i
• TASKalfa MZ10500i

In addition to their enhanced image quality and stability, the TASKALFA MZ10500i series introduces significant improvements in workflow and usability. Top-tier security has been further advanced through functions adopted from previous models and reinforced with AI-driven features, ensuring protection against evolving threats.

Together with expanded workflow software and the addition of higher-speed models, the series enables customers to handle more print types with greater reliability while creating opportunities in the entry-level production print segment.
