The European Management & Information Systems Division (EMIS), located in Meerbusch near by Düsseldorf (Germany), is responsible for all IT related activities across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa).

We are looking for:

IT Service Portfolio Manager (m/f)

Your tasks

  • Manage the IT Service Portfolio (service pipeline, service catalogue and retired services) and its lifecycle
  • Design and implement a process or method to decide which services to offer and which to retire
  • Design and implement a process to maintain and update its content as well as to validate its correctness
  • Organize and moderate related boards, identify and describe the customer value for each service and evaluate customer satisfaction on a regular basis
  • Communicate and publish the latest IT Service Catalogue to our customers
  • Coordinate and support the IT Service Design
  • Align all activities, processes and resources necessary to introduce new or update existing services including terms & conditions as well as the invests under which the services will be provided
  • Support the optimization and standardization of services
  • Drive learning and understanding within the department and designated offices
  • Provide functional leadership and coordination on service management projects
  • Organize documentation as required per audits, departmental or organizational requirements

Our requirements

  • Business administration degree or advanced IT-education/-experience
  • Several years work experience
  • Negotiation level in the English & German language and strong communication skills
  • Strong experience in Service Strategy & Design
  • Knowledge in the business domains Marketing, Sales and Service advantageous
  • ITIL certifications
