Cause:
PaperPort Software License Key is printed on a simple post card and often thrown away with the package.
Solution:
Every device, that is equiped with PaperPort, can receive an alternate License Key.
Product / Serial number should be sent to Software Support with postal address of the end customer.
Forwarding to Japan is done by KMDE Logistik. Japan sends alternate license key directly to the end customer.
