Application doesn’t start on Windows XP SP2 after Microsoft update.

An error message is given when you start a program; The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\Hhctrl.oc occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

Unfortunately this is a Microsoft update issue and not an other vendor, like Kyocera, issue. We encountered this problem with Kyocontrol (both versions) in host OS and in Virtual Machines, both from VMware and Microsoft.
