MAIN GOAL
The Product Manager is coordinating the launch of new products and product lifecycle. He/she proposes and implements promotional activities regarding product launch and product lifecycle.
In order to effectively perform his/her job he collects and shares in-depth knowledge from/with direct colleagues, Sales Companies, partners, dealers and KMC.

RESULT AREAS
Manage product launch
• Set the product positioning
• Plan the launch
• Create or arrange launch materials

Manage product lifecycle
• Track performance and market share
• Collect feedback from partners and sales colleagues
• Propose and implement promotions
• Analyse competitors

Transfer product information
• Plan and execute product training courses
• Support events (planning, preparation, demonstration)
• Support partners and sales colleagues on how to sell (unique/strong sales points)
• Answer inquires from partners, create FAQ documents
• Communicate with EMC/KMC, give feedback to EMC/KMC

KNOWLEDGE
• Excellent knowledge of product marketing
• 3 years of experience as Product Manager
• Very good knowledge of sales activities
• Good knowledge of our products, concept, directions
• Very good knowledge of English language, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of applications like spreadsheet, word processing, presentation
• Good knowledge of IT related subjects
• Education HBO/University
