MAIN GOAL
Support the Senior Manager BPM with the establishment and execution of business process management (BPM) within KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe.
Provide active support to teams and individuals to increase gradually the maturity level of the organization with regard to its business process management capabilities.
Conduct organizational studies and analyze processes, identify potential for process improvements and guide the implementation of such improvements.
Where necessary design systems and procedures by means of a BPM tool to support improvement activities.
TASKS TO BE HANDLED INDEPENDENTLY
• Assist in establishing BPM principles within KME and in improving processes across the organization.
• Set-up, moderate or support internal workshops for process improvement.
• Build up expertise with BPM tool and introduce it gradually within the organization.
• Teach and communicate BPM principles and targets throughout the organizations including the provision of training.
• Cooperate and communicate closely with IT department to support change request process.
• Administrate processes (process map) and improvement activities and report progress against targets.
ABILITIES/ATTITUDE
• Educated to a bachelor degree level or similar education.
• A minimum of 2 years industry experience with analyzing business processes and process improvement ideally related to business processes in Marketing, Sales, Logistics or Services.
• Ideally experience with BPM tools, lean six sigma and SAP.
• Very good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to recognize improvement areas and develop solutions.
• Strong affinity with and a solid understanding of business processes and change management.
• A passion for consulting and in general for improving organizational performance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Good interpersonal skills and sensitivity in dealing with people across different functions and business areas.
• Willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with BPM frameworks such as APQC, eTOM, SCOR, ITIL, SOX, IFRS.
