Main goal

In this position you will support internal and external KYOCERA customers to implement and operate service software solutions for the Nordic and Swedish sales-, distribution partner and end user. You will gain and keep expert knowhow about software solutions and document processing technology.

Tasks to be handled independently
  • Support the Manager Customer Support in order to set up the short, midterm software and solution strategy.
  • Perform Software/Solution implementation among the Nordic and Swedish sales partner/dealer and end customer.
  • Practise the support for KM-software/solutions and third party software/solutions.
  • Analyze requirements and customer problems and contribute solution development.
  • Create and provide best practices and FAQ solutions.
  • Collect and provide product information to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure the communication among the Nordic Service Departments.
  • Close information sharing with TCC and ESDC (Technical Competence Centre and European Service and Development Centre).
  • Occasionally prepare and hold trainings courses and seminars for internal and external customers.
  • Prepare masters for transparencies and presentation files.
  • Creating problem reports and statistics.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management personnel as required.
Knowledge
  • Certificate from a College or Technical School or 3 years experience in similar position.
  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and/or CompTIA Network+ certification.
  • Experience to setup and manage services and systems in network environment.
  • Very good knowledge of operating systems, networking and IT technologies.
  • Very good overview about network topologies, interfaces, printer drivers, solutions,operating systems in general and actual operating systems.
  • Good knowledge about web services, XML, Mailing systems and database systems.
  • Good knowledge about page description languages, printing, spool processes and printer drivers.
  • Good knowledge about image processing, document workflows and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge using Microsoft suite.
  • Good knowledge about color management.
  • Good knowledge of Nordic Service Structure (Norway-Sweden-Denmark-Finland).
  • Very good Swedish and English speaking and writing abilities.
  • Danish, Norwegian and Finland speaking skills.
