Main goal

To support the Subsidiaries to help them to achieve master plans of turnover and profit before tax.

Tasks to be handled independently

  • Help subsidiaries to establish sales and marketing plan and strategy with advices from others
  • Discuss and offer the special price for tenders/promotions, by negotiating with KMC (Japan) if necessary
  • Check the operational situation of subsidiaries and give appropriate advice and instructions by being assisted by other managers and finance department
  • Collect market and competitor information
  • Help to work out the price planning for new items and price change
  • Coordinating tasks
  • All other related activities

Knowledge

  • Sales skills
  • Understanding of finance and accounting
  • PC operating knowledge and computer network knowledge
